From toothbrushes to hotels, opinions are everywhere. But when it comes to property — one of life’s biggest and most expensive decisions — there’s almost nothing. The best property decisions start with real experiences, not polished sales copy and photos.

Your main point of contact is usually the estate agent. But when was the last time a listing mentioned the leaky roof, parking war or the late-night noise?

With Propinions, you’ll hear from the people who’ve actually lived there, know the neighbourhood or viewed it — the details that really matter when choosing a home.

No more hush hush

Ever seen a property you liked get listed and snapped up… only for the deal to fall through? Ever wished you could know what all the other viewers thought during their viewings?

These things don’t always need to be a secret. Propinions gives you a platform to share your opinion and help others form theirs.
