• Content must not contain abusive, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory language.
• Criticism should focus on the experience or property, not on individuals.

4. Relevance

• All submissions must relate directly to the property, the original opinion, or the discussion taking place.
• Irrelevant content may be removed.

5. Personal Information

• Do not include names, contact details, or identifying information about private individuals.
• Public business names (such as letting agents or companies) are allowed.

6. Neighbour and Third-Party Comments

• You may describe general issues such as noise, disturbance, or environmental factors.
• Do not make personal, intimate, or identifying comments about neighbours or third parties.

7. Defamation and Allegations

• Do not post unproven or harmful allegations about individuals or businesses.
• You may share personal experiences, but not make accusations of illegal or unethical behaviour without evidence.

8. No Misuse or Manipulation

• Fake content, coordinated activity, or multiple submissions about the same property from the same user are not permitted.

9. No Promotion or Advertising

• Opinions and comments must not contain advertisements, referral links, or promotional material.

10. Moderation and Removal

• We reserve the right to remove any opinion or comment that breaches these guidelines.
• Removed content may be permanently deleted from the system.
